Delivery Within Kenya
We currently ship across Kenya. Delivery timelines vary by location, but most orders arrive within 1–5 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We offer shipping to select international destinations. Shipping timelines and fees vary depending on destination and courier availability.

Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Customised, personalised, or made-to-order pieces may not be eligible for return unless there is a quality issue.
