Vessels by Azina creates thoughtfully designed accessories made using premium materials, curated textiles, and handcrafted processes.

Due to the nature of handcrafted production and the use of heritage-inspired or recycled materials, slight variations in texture, colour placement, stitching, or fabric composition may occur. These differences are intentional and form part of the individuality and character of each piece.

We believe beauty lives in craftsmanship, not uniformity.

Many Vessels by Azina pieces are produced in limited quantities or small batches. Availability may change without notice. Some styles may be offered on a pre-order, made-to-order, or limited release basis.

Estimated production or delivery timelines will be communicated at purchase.

All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Bank transfer
• Card payment
• Approved payment partners

For custom or pre-order items, a deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.

We aim to dispatch orders within the timelines communicated at purchase.

Delivery timelines may vary due to:

• Production schedules
• Courier delays
• Public holidays
• Location

Vessels by Azina is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers after dispatch. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.

Because many of our products are handcrafted, made in small batches, or produced to order, we currently do not offer refunds.

We may accept exchanges or repairs under the following conditions:

• Defective craftsmanship
• Damaged item upon delivery
• Incorrect item received

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and accompanied by photographs and proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor natural variations in handcrafted materials

Where possible, we prioritise repair over replacement to support conscious consumption and sustainability.

Our bags are designed to age beautifully with care. To preserve your item:

• Avoid prolonged moisture exposure
• Store in the provided dust bag
• Avoid overloading structured pieces
• Clean gently using a soft cloth

Care instructions may vary by material.

All designs, branding, imagery, logos, product names, text, and creative materials belonging to Vessels by Azina remain our intellectual property. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

Some collections incorporate recycled or upcycled materials as part of our commitment to intentional design and reduced waste. Material variations are expected and celebrated as part of the product story.

Vessels by Azina shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. Customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following care guidance.
